This t-shirt is from The Police tour in support of their second album Outlandos d'Amour at the Park West venue in Chicago.
No tags I think it’s a small or medium from the measurements.  Feels like a good cotton shirt.  Crew neck and same crew on the short sleeves.
A vintage original with some great art, the album cover is on the front and the “shield” art they used for that tour is on the back.  Nice, dark black and the artwork graphics are in great shape with a high quality to them that is colorful and detailed.

Two different lengths are measured first on the front of garment from bottom of neck to the end of the garment; second from the underarm to the end of garment.   Sleeve length is also measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.   Armhole Diameter is measured at seam or at beginning of armhole opening.  Measurements are as close as possible to these parameters
