My brother worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 30 years and has a lot of collectibles. This a Mo-Pac Solid Brass
Belt Buckle which has San Antonio and Mechanical with a picture of Texas & #1 on it. On the back is Anacortes
Brass Works LTD.- 1984 - Hand Made Solid Brass - Anacortes, Wash. USA and the number 98221. It has been
stored for years and is not in a package. Will answer any questions as best as I can.
