2009 Porsche 911 CARRERA S CABRIOLET

Description

For sale is my 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera S convertible (997.2) with PDK Automatic Transmission and a Sport Chrono Plus install. I've owned the car for a little over two years and has been a true pleasure to drive. Never had an accident / clean Carfax. See below for additional details:
Non-Stock Enhancments:
- Flat Black HRE Wheels
- Pioneer Entertainment Console with Android Auto and Bluethooth (2021 Install), USB Outlet, and Microphone (Might have Apple Play as well, can verify if needed, I've just never used an iPhone in the car)

- Ducktail Spoiler (I have an original stock spoiler as well if interested that came with purchase that I would include if paying for shipping or picking up (in Delaware, not with car upstate), but in black so would need paint)
- Black Trim on Front Lights (Note: This can easily be changed to return to stock state if desired, happy to revert for you before pick up based on preference)

Why I am Selling?
- I bought this car when I lived in Houston, Texas and drove a car on a regular basis (plus great weather for a convertible for most of the year). 9 months after purchasing I received a job offer in NYC and ended up moving. I kept the car for the first year in the city, but ended up driving it about 3 times durring the summer months. Have been storing at a family house since upstate outside of Rochester, NY. I just purchased a condo in the city so no direct path to regular driving anytime in the near future, thus the sale.
Maintenance Since Owned:
I've had a seasonal oil change and maintenance check-up each spring, in addition to mechanics looking it over on purchase and when I had it in at the Porsche dealer for the Sports Chrono install. Always has had a clean bill of health. I belive I've only put on a few thousand miles since purchase and shipped the car from Texas to NY when I moved. Car Imperfections:
These are all documented in the additional Google Photos albulm, but all imperfections are what I would consider very minor and normal for a car with 45k miles. Two main things I think worth mentioning are 1) A small chip (~ 1 cm) and painted scratch on bottom left front bumper area and 2) Some tiny pinhead-sized spots on front hood from general highway driving and debris. None of these things though are significantly noticable from more than a few feet away.
Payment:
Escrow.com , Zelle, or Bank Certified Check (most banks can provide you with this, its just a check backed by the bank for the funds). Will not ship until full payment is recieved and cleared if not picking up in-person and not using Escrow.com. Will not accept personal checks. I have a Texas title in-hand as vehicle was paid in full when I purchased.
Shipping:
If you're not picking up, I've received good quotes directly through Montway before, though have used UShip as well for multiple bids from different providers. Would encourage in-person delivery though.
